The value of my time

Some actions in the present time that might help me in my future are I am able to manage time responsibly and I know what I need to do and what needs to get done. One of my future goals is to go to college and major in history so I could be a history teacher and time has to do with most of history because certain things happened in certain time periods so it’s kind of ironic. To achieve these goals of mine I have to stay focused and I have to manage my time wisely.

How I read

When we read the essay I realized that just because some people are called amateurs doesn’t mean that they aren’t good at things. When we were reading it in class I couldn’t really focus on what he was reading I tried but I couldn’t do when I got home I read it again and I feel like when you read something mire than once it can be more helpful . When I read it the second time i understood it more . We should embrace who we are and what we read and do.

i think that hawthorne wrote this story because he wanted to show people that not everyone is a good person. I think that stephan king was affected by this story because maybe it inspired him to start his career in horror novels and movies. The power of our imagination is very strong. Most people believe that you can go or do anything your imagination let's you do.

The earth on turtle’s back

when I read this story my first thought was when was this story told ? This story explains how some people thought the earth was created. Many people have different beliefs and different versions of how the earth was created. The moral / lesson of this story is that you should never underestimate anybody because sometimes the people you think are the weakest turn out to be some of the strongest . You should also never give up and try your hardest even if people don’t believe in you all that matters is that you believe in yourself.

For the win

Something that i think I’ve done really well in this coarse is probably the journal. I love writing in my journal because it’s me thinking about new things and it’s gets me looking at things from different points of view. In the journal i get to speak my mind and say things that other teachers wouldn’t let me talk about or say. It lets me be creative and think about new topics.

So this guy goes for a walk

When we first started reading young Goodman brown I didn’t really understand the story and where it was heading. Although the more I kept reading the more information I got and the more interesting it got. When he stared walking in the woods I knew something bad was going to happen. Knowing that something bad was going to happen it made me wanting to read more.

The medium is the message

I think that I will still will still use the same communication ways that I use now . After learning about new ways to be more secure about communication  i will still continue to use the same social media I use today I’ll just be more mindful about what i say and what i send .
